REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS (if applicable)

All returns must be postmarked within  7 days of the purchase date.

If you have purchased a product and have not uploaded any necessary pictures to complete the transaction, a refund within 7 days of purchasing the product will be permissible.

However, in the circumstance of purchasing any product from Guestmapp.com and uploading the required files (e.g. blueprint/sketch and interior photos) then a refund cannot be applied to your account, as work has already been initiated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but are offered store credit or exchanges.  

 

RETURN PROCESS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return an item, please email customer service at support@guestmapp.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In the email, you must include the following information to be issued your return.

  1.       First & Last Name
  2.       Your proof of purchase
  3.       Email address used to place your order ( if different from the one you are emailing from)
  4.       Your reason for the return

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES AND/OR STORE CREDIT

Guestmapp offers a one-year exchange policy for electronic products that have not been modified, used, marked, or started by our designers. After purchasing a product, be sure to review the contents of your order immediately. Exchanges will be offered for products of equal, greater or lesser value. Any difference between the costs of original and exchanged products will be maintained as store credit within guestmapp.com. If the exchanged product is of greater value from the original product of purchase, then additional payment will be required from the customer. A new receipt for the exchanged product will be issued to the customer. As a disclaimer, you must use your services within one year of purchase. After one year, the customer no longer qualifies for exchanges and/or store credit and any amount kept on your account after one year is not permissible to be used for any product of purchase.
